Helen has been engaged in organizing and opera-
tions management for nearly 20 years. As former    
V. P. of Operations at Zabit
& Associates, she over-
saw facilities management, information technology
and administration.  For Xceed Corp. [NASD:XCED],
she held the position of Director of Real Estate and
Facilities Development, conducting property
selection, space planning and lease and facilities
management for nine corporate offices across the
United States.  She worked with executive
management to minimize costs while maximizing
effectiveness.

For the last eight years Helen has facilitated indivi-
duals in maximizing their efficiencies, removing
barriers that prevent progress, and task completion
– all through a process of organizing.  With a
bachelor of arts degree in pre-law and business
administration, Helen blends her personal sense of
style and courtesy with cost/benefit analysis and
functional organizing solutions. As a member of the
National Association of Professional Organizers
(NAPO), Helen practices the NAPO Code of Ethics,
serving her clients with integrity, competence, and
respect while honoring their privacy.
